Microwave Digestion of Rice

When digesting rice using the speedwave XPERT from Berghof, it is necessary to use DAP-60X vessels. Furthermore, an acid solution of HNO₃ and H₂O₂ has to be prepared. The exact mixture of the acids as well as the required temperature programm is described in the corresponding application note.
