CeraNovis GmbH from Saarbrücken is an SME with 17 employees that has its roots in the local Leibniz Institute for New Materials (INM). The company specializes in the distribution, development, production and application of ceramic coatings for industrial applications. For example, high-temperature stable CeraNovis release coatings are used in aluminum and brass casting and in the production of aluminum rims. Heat exchangers are also protected against corrosion and copper leaching with CeraNovis coatings. Another field of application is the ceramic coating of satellite surfaces, which are protected against hard UV radiation in a vacuum.

APPLICATION
The Berghof reactors and pressure vessels are used in the development of pressure-assisted conversion of amorphous metal hydroxide precursors to metal oxides.
