USER

Dorfner ANZAPLAN is a specialist service provider in the industrial and specialty minerals and metals business. Dorfner ANZAPLAN and its laboratory are accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. Therefore, all analyzes and tests carried out by ANZAPLAN are internationally recognized. Chemical and physical analysis, process engineering, research and develop-ment for raw materials and basic materials, industrial mineral products and systems, as well as the environmental technologies are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Services are provided across all phases of the development, technical and economic evaluation of mining and mineral projects with extensive expertise in mineral beneficiation and specialty chemical production from its own laboratories, on-site test centers and pilot plant processing facilities. ANZAPLAN services cover process design and engineering services, consulting in market requirements and applications, and high-end analytical services along the complete value chain of project valuation - from drill core and material analysis, through flow sheet design, to realization of plant engineering and, crucially, end user customer acceptance.

EQUIPMENT

speedwave XPERT with DAK -100 vessel

APPLICATION

The Speedwave XPERT is primarily used to digest carbide samples with concentrated nitric and hydrofluoric acid. Digestion temperatures of 230°C with a maximum pressure of 40 bar are reached.

TESTIMONIAL

“The complex matrix of our samples requires optimal control of the chemical reaction during the digestion process. This is made possible by the Optical Temperature Cut-Off (OTC) system and the Optical Pressure Control System. The sample temperatures and pressures in each vessel are recorded in real time and spontaneous exothermic reactions are determined. The safety shutdown automatically intervenes in the event of overheating or excess pressure, another advantage of this system. The gases generated during a run are safely discharged by the exhaust air system. The vessels can be used individually, are resistant and easy to clean. We are very satisfied with the service, we appreciate the good accessibility and competent contact person for every problem“
