Quick lock system

The unique seal with O-rings enables the Berghof quick-lock system to open and close the reactors easily and quickly. The clamping rings are tightened by hand and locked or released with a safety key. During operation, this safety tool must be mounted on the free port. This ensures in any case that the reactor is free of pressure before the quick-release rings are opened. The main advantages of this unique locking system are:
- Easy and fast opening and closing, by using only 2 screws
- Safety opening key
