The digestion vessels are placed individually into the microwave and removed individually as well – eliminating the need to transport a fully loaded rotor.
Corrosion Protection Reduces Repair Costs
During operation, all vessels are connected to a gas collection system that captures any potentially released acid fumes and directs them to the exhaust system. Optionally, the fumes can be neutralized in a neutralization unit. This effectively prevents acid vapors from entering the oven chamber, thereby avoiding corrosion of various sensors, components, or parts. As a result, repair costs are significantly reduced.
