BHC Berghof Hydrogen Control

The reactor system can be operated manually or in fully automatic recipe mode according to SOP. All process steps are automated, making the results reproducible and independent of the operator.

The system adapts to your requirements. Both the reactor and the control system are modularly expandable, and peripheral devices can be easily integrated. If necessary, other Berghof high-pressure reactors can be retrofitted for use as hydrogenation reactors. Valves for operation with other reactive gases (e.g., oxygen) are also available.

Like all Berghof high-pressure reactors, the BHC meets the highest safety standards. All high-pressure reactors are dimensioned, tested, and manufactured in accordance with the current AD-2000 guidelines. Explosion protection is provided inside the BHC for operation with hydrogen. In operation, stricter safety limits for temperature and pressure can be set, and a leakage test can be programmed before each startup. Maintenance contracts, including visual and pressure inspections, ensure legally required operational safety.
